I recently visited this wonderful pizza restaurant and had an amazing experience. I tried both the pizza and pasta, and they both exceeded my expectations. The pizza crust was thin and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant, offering a cozy and comfortable setting. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service quality was excellent. The prices were quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. If you’re looking for delicious food, a great atmosphere, and excellent service, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

The quality of the pasta and pinsa romana was excellent and the house-made fresh garlic oil and basil oil were heavenly. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Osteria Cuatro Gatos is located in a tiny street in Bamberg with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is welcoming to humans and their canine companions, despite the name of the place to suggesting otherwise. Great atmosphere to spend a lazy weekend afternoon eating pasta and drinking wine. The tagliatelle al ragú is made with buffalo meat in a hearty yet light tomato sauce, and finished with fresh slices of Parmesan cheese. The strozzapreti con scampi had fresh and perfectly cooked shrimp in a white wine bath with fresh Italian herbs. However, we started the meal with grilled octopus that set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon.

Good quality Italiano food. The Carbonara was true to the taste, excellent quality ingrediences. The bruschetta was a classic bmno nonse version. It would have been nice to have an Sangiovese or even better Nero d'avola wine, but the Merlot was nice.

We stopped here for dinner one evening while we were in Bamberg and were pleasantly surprised. We had the mixed antipasti and the daily special pasta which was tortellini with pecorino and spinach (delicious) Service was very friendly and nice.

Tasty food, not the greatest service. We sat there for 25 minutes without a menu or someone asking us what we’d like, called the waitress to ask for a menu, then another 20 minutes I had to call her again to say we are ready to order. Had to ask for utensils as well after we got our food. Everyone else had the bread basket as part of dining but we got skipped. Ok experience for tourists. Maybe it’s better for locals and German speaking folks.

very nice osteria in the city center. The service was impeccable - the lady Margerita from Sardinia???????? was very friendly, agile & nice. The beer was flawless, fresh, the food too. The atmosphere inside was very clean also toilets. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely visit this place again when we visit Bamberg again.
